"The Southington Library Comic Con is going BACK to the rockin' 80s this year!
The day will be filled with special effects makeup panels, crafts, food, glitter tattoos, and fandoms galore! This year, we're celebrating the 1980s !
Since it was SO popular last year, we're going to SLIME a librarian again! (Contact us to vote!)
Join us on Saturday, June 17th from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., for a full day of superheroes, games, your favorite game shows, and much more.
No registration is required to attend this free, all ages, drop-in event. To attend specific activities, there may be day of, in-person, sign ups. All ages are welcome. Food and souvenirs will be available onsite for purchase.
As the event is outdoors, we will be mindful of rain. Our rain date is Saturday, June 24th. Same time (10am-3pm). Same place (the Southington Public Library - 255 Main Street, Southington).
Worried that there's too much going on outside? Feel free to experience our Quieter Con, happening simultaneously inside the Library building. Coloring, movie showings, and calmer themed-activities."
